Competition Rules
for a Voucher Worth CZK 20,000

(hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”)

1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the competition is Hotel ČHS s.r.o., registered at Kouty nad Desnou 72, 788 11, Loučná nad Desnou, Company ID 0524104, VAT ID CZ05241049, registered under file number C 66764 at the Regional Court in Ostrava (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

• The purpose of these Rules is to define the conditions under which participants may enter the competition for a voucher worth CZK 20,000 organized by the Organizer (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”), as well as the conditions for selecting the winner and handing over the prize. By participating in the Competition, participants express their agreement with these Rules and undertake to comply with them.

2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

To participate in the Competition, the following conditions must be met:

• The participant must be at least 18 years old on the day of the competition announcement;
• The participant must have a delivery address in the Czech Republic;
• Employees of the Organizer and other persons involved in the Organizer's activities, as well as close relatives of these persons, are excluded from the Competition.
• The competition is valid only for reservations made through the website, by e-mail, or by phone.

3. COMPETITION MECHANISM AND PRIZES

To participate in the Competition for the voucher worth CZK 20,000, the following steps are required:

• Make a booking for a stay of at least two nights and provide your email address at the reception upon arrival.
• All guests who made a reservation between April 25 and June 30, 2025, stayed for at least two nights, and left their email at reception upon arrival will be automatically entered into the Competition.
• The winning voucher is valid until June 30, 2026, and can be used for any stay within that period.
• Each reserved room represents one "competition ticket".
• Anyone who makes a reservation from April 30, 2025, to May 4, 2025, and from May 7, 2025, to May 11, 2025, for at least 2 nights will be entered into the competition twice.

The winner will be drawn in the first week of July 2025 and will be contacted by email or phone number provided at check-in.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who:

• violate the Rules or there is a reasonable suspicion of such violation;
• do not meet the conditions for participation;
• share vulgar, offensive, racist, or otherwise inappropriate content in violation of good morals or damaging the Organizer's reputation.

There will be 1 winner, who will receive:

• A gift voucher worth CZK 20,000, usable for any services at Hotel Červenohorské sedlo combined with accommodation, valid until June 30, 2026. The voucher can be used in parts – for multiple stays or different rooms.

Winners will be selected by the Organizer among participants who fulfilled the Competition requirements, based on a random draw. The Organizer has discretion over the selection.

After the winner announcement, the winner must contact the Organizer as follows:

• An email will be sent to the address left at check-in. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new draw will be conducted within 7 working days, or the Organizer reserves the right to retain the prize.
• If the winner refuses the prize, a new draw will also be conducted within 7 working days, or the Organizer will retain the prize.
• There is no legal claim to the prize. The winner is not entitled to claim cash or any alternative fulfillment instead of the prize.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Rules, with any changes being justified and communicated to participants in the same way as the Competition announcement.

4. PERSONAL DATA AND COPYRIGHT

By participating in the Competition, participants agree that the Organizer may process their personal data as necessary for the proper running of the Competition, winner announcement, and prize delivery.

The Organizer processes participants' data as a controller as follows:

• Only the following data will be processed: name, surname, email address, delivery address, and phone number.
• The purpose of processing is to ensure the conduct, conclusion, and announcement of the Competition and communication with winners.
• The legal basis for processing is contract performance (fulfillment of the Organizer's obligations under these Rules).
• Personal data will be processed for no longer than 3 years after the end of the Competition unless legal regulations require a longer period.
• Personal data may be transferred only to contractual partners assisting with the Competition, marketing, IT, accounting, and legal services.
• Participants have rights to access, delete, rectify, restrict processing, data portability, and to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz), all under GDPR regulations.

If the Organizer wishes to use personal data for purposes other than specified (e.g., publishing winner's name, surname, photo), explicit consent will be requested from the concerned person.
